Turning a Hotel Venue into a Must-Book Corporate Experience
Hyatt Regency Maui— a globally recognized hospitality brand with a prime waterfront presence — partnered with RetreatsAndVenues during the Creative Founder’s tenure as Chief Marketing Officer. As a global technology marketplace helping companies discover and book corporate retreat venues, RetreatsAndVenues needed premium media that would showcase Hyatt’s corporate packages in a way that matched both the property’s scale and the expectations of modern decision makers.
While the hotel had strong consumer facing marketing, its collateral was primarily designed for leisure travelers. There was little media that spoke directly to corporate decision makers booking multi day retreats, executive offsites, or large scale conferences — audiences with very different expectations around flow, functionality, and group experience.
Our challenge was to create a cinematic B2B sales asset that reframed the property through a corporate lens — translating ballrooms, breakout spaces, catering, and waterfront views into a cohesive executive experience. The goal was not just to show the venue, but to position Hyatt Regency as a strategic partner for companies hosting high impact gatherings.
