Building Brand Authority Through Podcast Storytelling: Kpler, Episode 21

Brand Awareness Opportunity:

As a newly launched startup, RetreatsAndVenues needed to rapidly build brand awareness and identify which companies were actively hosting corporate retreats. Traditional outbound sales would have been slow and transactional, so we built a content driven visibility strategy instead.

The Strategy: Content as Relationship Infrastructure

Episode 21 featuring Kpler was produced shortly after the company completed a team retreat, creating a timely opportunity to capture fresh insights before their next gathering. The intention was clear: create a concise PR moment that spotlighted Kpler’s experience while positioning RetreatsAndVenues as a trusted partner in the retreat ecosystem.
Rather than simply producing content, this podcast campaign functioned as research, relationship building, and market positioning in one. It helped accelerate brand recognition, deepen connections with decision makers, and establish RetreatsAndVenues as an embedded voice within the corporate retreat landscape.

The Impact: A Scalable Visibility Engine

The podcast series itself was intentionally designed as concise, one-minute features — lowering the barrier for People and HR leaders who are rarely invited into long-form media conversations. During her tenure, the Creative Founder launched 50 episodes in eight months, building a scalable visibility engine that contributed to over $20M in qualified leads for the startup while amplifying the voices of companies shaping modern team culture.
