As a newly launched marketplace, RetreatsAndVenues needed to build brand awareness while identifying
companies actively investing in recurring team retreats. During her tenure as Chief Marketing Officer, the
Creative Founder produced a targeted podcast feature spotlighting Toggl — a globally distributed SaaS
company that operationalizes retreats as part of its culture strategy.

The Campaign

Featuring Dajana, Head of People at Toggl, the episode highlighted the company’s structured three-step retreat framework — define clear goals, build an aligned schedule, and gather feedback to continuously improve. The content positioned Toggl as a disciplined operator while aligning RetreatsAndVenues with forward-thinking remote organizations.

The Impact

Part of a 50-episode series launched in eight months, the intentionally concise one-minute format reduced friction for busy People and HR leaders to participate. Combined with account-based marketing strategies, the campaign helped RetreatsAndVenues reposition upmarket — increasing average deal size from approximately $30K to $85K by attracting larger companies that host multiple large-group retreats per year.
